Refund Policy

For Services, Prime Sender will, at its discretion, allow for cancellation of the order within 3 days from the date of purchase. For Software and Digital Products, Prime Sender will, at its discretion, allow for the refund of any product within 3 days from the date of purchase. After 3 days all sales are final.

All cancellations must be accompanied by the original receipt. Refunds will be issued and credited in the same method of payment as the original payment. Refunds will take up to 10 business days to process.
